WHS Team have just announced the availability of Windows Home Server Power Pack 2. This new update will get installed automatically to your WHS box if you have Automatic Updates enabled.

Some of the enhancements of this release are:

Remote Access

- Redesigned Remote Access Settings page.

- Improvements to initial configuration tools

- A Web Hosted diagnostic service to test if remote connectivity is available from outside the home network

Media Sharing and Windows Media Center

- Windows media center connecter

- MP4 streaming support.

Other updates also include enhancements/bug fixes of backup features.
